Attention all Registered Nurses: we are seeking independent contractors to provide services to our Military Service members.

Our primary work involves weekends, with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Idaho, on an "as needed" basis.

We provide Health Readiness Services to meet medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force, supporting:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to identify current and past medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results in the proprietary system for readiness classification.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
• Resilience to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.
