Responsibilities

Key functions include but are not limited to:

Support Agency Growth Initiatives

* Assist in creating marketing materials that help agencies promote Berkley North Pacific products

* Competitive analysis of marketing content

* Develop tools and templates for agency meetings and presentations.

Marketing Content Development

* Design and update sell sheets for new and existing insurance products.

* Collaborate with the team to ensure materials align with brand guidelines and underwriting goals.

* Work on email segmentation and content calendar.

* Develop blog templates for website

* Social Media & Digital Presence

* Contribute ideas for social media content that supports agency engagement and brand awareness.

* Help schedule and organize posts across platforms.

* Reporting & Meeting Support

* Create templates for agency performance reports and meeting summaries. Executive level and office level. Work with BDMs and UW leadership.

* Assist in compiling data for presentations to internal and external stakeholders. (optional, do we need more standard presentations?)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to ensure marketing materials reflect current product offerings and growth strategies.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving agency relationships.

Skills & Learning Outcomes

* Gain hands-on experience in insurance marketing and agency relationship management.

* Learn how to create professional marketing collateral using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

* Understand the role of marketing in supporting underwriting and sales growth.

* Develop organizational and communication skills through project coordination.
