About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be a key leader in our field operations, overseeing daily waste collection activities and ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement-ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 1-3 years.

What You'll Do

* Lead and assign daily work to solid waste collection crews.

* Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed to meet service goals.

* Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices.

* Address and resolve customer concerns related to collection services.

* Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and feedback.

* Support and implement safety initiatives and compliance programs (OSHA, environmental, local permits).

* Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals.

What You Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

* Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics is required.

* Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

* Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities.

* Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
