As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the management of residential complexes. What's the Job?

• Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality.
• Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools, and perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal.

What's Needed?

• Basic working knowledge of building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow‑up, and follow through effectively.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
