Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join our practice in the Treasure Valley. This position is ideal for an attorney who truly cares about their clients and is willing to fight hard for them during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Our practice is primarily litigation-focused, with very limited transactional work. If you are passionate about advocacy, client care, and courtroom work, we want to hear from you.

* Responsibilities:
* * Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related issues

* Manage cases from intake through resolution

* Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials

* Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents

* Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

* Advocate zealously for clients’ rights and best interests

* Qualifications:

* * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

* Licensed to practice law in Idaho (or ability to obtain licensure)

* Family law or litigation experience preferred, but not required

* Strong written and oral advocacy skills

* Client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism

* Ability to manage a caseload independently

* Compensation:
* * Compensation xrlwcon range: $90,000–$200,000, depending on experience
