Role Overview
The Executive Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reports in the ATS/HRMS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment events.
