Columbia Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures;
Direct a banquet up to 100 with a small team;
Maintain sanitary and well-maintained food preparation areas and safe food handling;
Possess knife skills and knowledge of sauces and butchering techniques;
Operate kitchen equipment such as slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, and convection ovens; adjust preparations for customer needs
