Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager – Eagles Glenn Golf Course
Location: Eagles Glenn Golf Course, Cavendish, PEI
Employment Type: Seasonal (Full-Time During Golf Season)

Our team takes pride in delivering a high-quality experience to golfers and guests alike. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dining and events operations throughout the golf season.
Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all food and beverage operations—including the clubhouse restaurant, bar, and on-course service—to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and efficient operations. This position involves hands-on leadership, staff management, event coordination, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and on-course F&B operations
- Hire, train, and schedule seasonal staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the General Manager
- Manage inventory, ordering, invoicing and cost control
- Oversee clubhouse events, tournaments, and private functions
- Deliver excellent guest service and handle feedback professionally
- Monitor budgets and performance metrics to achieve financial goals
- Report to General Manager for updates and news related to golf operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage management (hospitality, resort, or club experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
- Responsible Servers Certification & Food Handling & Safety Certification
Season Dates: Approx April – October
Compensation:
Competitive seasonal salary plus potential performance-based incentives. Meals and golf privileges may be included.
