• Provide direct behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Manage conflict and crisis situations in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other service providers.
• Maintain a supervisory plan and meet qualifications for Psychology Service Extender or Registered Intern if not yet independently licensed.
• Work toward Idaho licensure within two years or as otherwise agreed.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Sciences or another Human Services discipline.
• At least two (2) years of work‑related experience (preferred if not yet licensed).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable record under the Tribes policy.
• Pass criminal background check and pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Maintain licensure/certification when obtained.
