Speech Language Pathologist

The primary goal of this role is to identify, assess, and provide evidence-based intervention for students with communication disorders. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure that every student has the tools they need to access their education and thrive socially and academically.

• Assess speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and manage IEPs with measurable, data-driven goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy (individual and group).
• Advise teachers and parents on classroom strategies and augmentative and alternative communication support.
• Maintain timely records for compliance and Medicaid billing.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Idaho Department of Education Speech Language Pathologist endorsement (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Have or be able to obtain in one year ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of staff and students.
• Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
