Performs cardiac ultrasound examinations and related duties, providing care for diagnosis and treatment of disorders. Works with patients of all ages.

• Maintains high-quality patient care with professionalism, ethics, and safety.
• Greets patients, explains procedures, and ensures a neat work environment.
• Organizes activities related to patient procedures and communicates problems to the imaging director.
• Checks orders, provides patient history, and completes paperwork.
• Collaborates with radiologists and attends departmental meetings and training.
• Operates and maintains echo equipment, reports malfunctions.
• Assists in patient movement and travels to other sites as scheduled.
• Maintains current certifications and follows safety protocols.
• Maintains confidentiality and regular attendance.

• Graduate of an accredited echocardiography program.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PACS is a plus.

This is a joint position, PRN, as needed. EOE.
