Behavioral Intervention Specialist; BIS

Overview

Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BIS) at Opportunities Unlimited – Grangeville, Kamiah and Kooskia area. This role provides evidence-based treatment to children and their families, with individual or group interventions and skill development in home or community settings. A bachelor’s degree and one year of experience working with children with disabilities are required.

• Provide evidence-based treatment to children participants and their families.
• Provide individual or group interventions and skill development activities in the home or community setting.
• Deliver intervention and supports therapy to children with disabilities ages 3 through 20.
• Work in the child’s home, school, or community setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field OR a Bachelor’s with at least 24 credits in Human Services field.
• One year of experience working with children with disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license/vehicle insurance and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Pay rate: $16-$22/hr DOE. Offering a 90-day sign-on bonus.
