• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, improving forecast accuracy with historical data
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and expense coding
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare departmental P&Ls with insights for leadership
• Assist in headcount planning and track open roles for capacity planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
