We are supporting an experienced Wastewater Project Manager role to oversee complex industrial wastewater projects in a highly regulated environment. This role requires strong technical leadership, full lifecycle project ownership, and the ability to manage schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.

• Lead wastewater-related capital projects from concept through construction and startup.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Lead progress meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.

• 8 to 10 plus years of progressive experience in wastewater, water infrastructure, or related environmental engineering projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role with full lifecycle ownership.
• Direct experience with wastewater systems and treatment processes.
• Strong background in regulated or industrial project environments.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.
• US Citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience supporting industrial or high-compliance facilities.

• 7-year county criminal background check.
