We are looking to add a second hygienist to work on a team with a seasoned hygienist. Looking for someone who is reliable and able to build trust with patients of all ages while working with Dentist and other staff to provide periodontal care for patients. We are flexible, family focused, and strive to create an enjoyable work environment while caring for our patients.

• Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
• Sterilize dental instruments properly
• Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
• Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
• Clean and help protect patients’ teeth
• Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care
• Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
• Take X-rays
• Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases
• Maintain documentation and charts on each patient

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
• Outstanding communication skills
• A patient and friendly personality
  
  Attention to detail
• Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene
• Valid license to practice in Idaho

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
