Deployment Planner – SEA

Role

Summary:

The import and export planner SEA will be responsible for managing the traded goods planning for the cluster and deployment planning for AFC category from the BD plant. This role will coordinate, plan, and execute deployment activities for finished goods from the BD plant to all sourcing markets for AFC products. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across markets and the plant to ensure timely and cost‑efficient deployment, meeting export OTIF targets and achieving desired service and inventory results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the supply and deployment planning for the SEA market for AFC category, an annualized volume 1800 MSU & 250 skus

  • Create weekly intercompany deployment plans via system to optimise the container load and timely deployment of export goods

  • Collaborate closely with the control tower, logistics team, and warehouse to manage the execution of deployment plans, identify potential risk and elevate for mitigation planning, and adjust plans as needed.

  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual container forecasts for the deployment scope

  • Develop and share the supply visibility with planners’ basis the aligned deployment plans for adjustments in production schedule, drive weekly S & OE with the local market supply and logistics team

  • Own and manage export inventory at the BD plant, ensuring export inventory levels are aligned with the target

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, deployment planning, inventory management, or a similar role. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is often a plus.

  • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software (e.g. SAP, APO, Kinaxis or similar system)

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
