Our client in the Automotive Engineering sector is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Engine Assembler to join their team.
Role Purpose- Assemble a variety of engines, with a primary focus on heavy-duty diesel engines used in mining and related industries.
- Perform assembly work on smaller commercial vehicle engines across different brands.
- N2 trade-related subjects, or 5 years as a qualified Artisan
- Recognised Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Machinist, or similar
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in diesel engine assembly
- Hands‑on experience with the following engines:
Deutz, Cummins, John Deere, Perkins, CAT - Must reside in Kimberley or be willing to relocate
- Willingness to work overtime when operationally required
