Financial Analyst

Tele Solv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Financial Analyst.

This role provides broad administrative, analytical, and management support services across multiple functional areas, including human resources support, contract management support, program and project financial analysis, agreements management, senior executive support, and general business operations.

The Financial Analyst will support organizational leadership and staff by delivering high‑quality administrative, operational, and financial services that enhance business efficiency, ensure compliance, and support effective decision‑making.

Responsibilities
  • Track project and program budgets, costs, schedules, and deliverables
  • Perform financial reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Compare data across multiple financial systems and reporting tools
  • Assist with budget formulation, execution, and monthly plan updates
  • Consolidate data for leadership decision‑making
  • Identify inconsistencies, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Maintain contract files, documents, and modifications
  • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports
  • Gather financial and operational data to help develop options for decision‑makers
  • Assist with financial assistance award closeouts and reporting
  • Provide data entry and document updates in designated contract systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate benefits briefings and HR notifications
  • Maintain organizational charts, position descriptions, and headcount reports
  • Track employee milestones, training, leave schedules, and recognition programs
  • Support wellness program administration
  • Support staff timekeeping functions including schedule setup and data accuracy checks
  • Assist with reviewing, tracking, and processing agreements
  • Maintain agreement files and ensure accuracy
  • Provide reporting and data consolidation on agreement status and performance
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and logistics
  • Coordinate high‑level presentations, briefing materials, and reports
  • Manage visitor access and meeting room resources
  • Prepare and track executive correspondence and actions
  • Provide document review support
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and research materials
  • Develop talking points, white papers, and reports
  • Assist with internal communications and stakeholder support
  • Provide business administrative services including clerical, reception, or document formatting tasks as needed
  • Accurate Monthly Status Reports
  • Completed timecards
  • Timely submission of invoices and supporting documentation
Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must hold a Public Trust Level 3
  • High school diploma with relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Proficiency with word‑processing, spreadsheets, and integrated software systems
  • Ability to perform detail‑oriented work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
  • Experience performing financial or administrative work in a complex organizational environment
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial documents and business information
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
