Salary: $65,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple tax engagements, including client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits
  • Research and resolve complex tax compliance and technical tax issues
  • Provide tax planning guidance and recommendations to clients
  • Review tax filings, work papers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and training to Tax Staff and Seniors
  • Ensure timely completion of returns while meeting quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant public accounting experience with a tax focus
  • Active CPA license required

    At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, especially during peak tax seasons
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality client service
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills related to tax compliance and planning
  • Proficient in tax software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
