JM Mechanical is a well‑established & growing HVAC company based out of Cache Valley, Utah. We are looking for hard‑working candidates who can work away from home Mon‑Fri, with the weekends off, and then back out again.

• Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation, efficiency, and code compliance.
• Lead HVAC installations from layout through commissioning, including refrigeration, ductwork, and equipment startup.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Diagnose system issues and perform advanced repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Supervise and mentor entry‑level installers and apprentices on job sites.

Traveling is required.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Full‑time only – regular overtime required.
• Pay: performance evaluation after 90 days.
