Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman

3-D Fire Protection is a subsidiary of Western States Fire Protection (WSFP). WSFP and its subsidiaries specialize in Life Safety Systems and have protected lives and property since 1985. This is a bargaining unit position under the Local 669 Union
, with insurance and other benefits included in the Local 669 Union Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman oversees the work of apprentices and serves as a pipe fitting specialist in the fire protection industry.

• Install, repair and maintain all types of fixed extinguishing systems, including underground piping
• Install and service a variety of fire protection equipment such as standpipes, carbon dioxide systems, halon systems, foam systems and dry chemical systems
• Travel within the state to work on various locations/job sites as necessary
• Comply with the Local 669 union collective bargaining agreement
• Operate safely
• Willingness to teach and oversee apprentices

• Must become a member of the UA Local Union 669 Road Sprinkler Fitters
• At least 18 years old
• At least 5 years of experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to climb ladders
• Strong mechanical background preferred
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check

• Regular bending, reaching, climbing and walking
