Sales Development Representative – Entry Level at Pacific Office Automation (POA) in Idaho Falls, ‑time, onsite, W‑2.

  • Plan your day with prep, training, and collaboration with your team.
  • Build your pipeline by making outbound calls and emails to schedule in‑person meetings.
  • Present POA’s technology solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Own follow‑up, delivering excellent service and nurturing client relationships.
  • Drive revenue by meeting decision‑makers face‑to‑face and securing new business.
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
  • High energy, strong communication, and competitive mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A background in athletics or campus leadership is a plus.
Compensation & Perks
  • First‑year OTE: $65,000+ (top reps earning $100,000+).
