• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
• Coordinate with food service and dining room staff to ensure timely, quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in a hot, damp environment.
• Adhere to physical standards: stand for up to four (4) hours, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and wear protective gear as required.

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on guest experience.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/sustain up to 50 pounds.
