Multi-Site Property Manager

NXT Property Management is hiring an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee operations for three multifamily communities in Idaho Falls, Idaho
. This on-site leadership role is ideal for a driven property management professional who excels in team leadership, resident satisfaction, and maximizing property performance. • Salary: $56,000-$60,000 annually (DOE)
• Bonus potential:

• On-site position
• Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Oversee daily operations across three multifamily communities
• Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and customer service
• Oversee leasing activity, tours, and prospect follow-up
• Manage resident files, contracts, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate maintenance workflows and ensure timely completion of work orders

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience (multi-site preferred)
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and performance metrics
• Lease-up experience preferred
• Proficiency with Yardi required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
