# CASE MANAGEMENT - MANAGER Hospital Main Campus - Idaho Falls, Level Associates Degree## Description Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Case Management Manager to join our team!

* JOB SUMMARY:
** The Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintaining good office workflow, including but not limited to phone, schedule, billing and patient check in and check out. Must be capable of following department policies, procedures and protocol to provide quality patient care.

* Education/Certification:
** Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current license as Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho. Alternately can be graduate of an accredited Social Work license in good standing.

* Experience:
** Minimum five years nursing or social work experience and 3-5 years management preferred.
** Equipment/Technology:
** Computer and Internet experience
** Language/Communication:
** Excellent written and verbal skills
** Mathematical
Skills:
** Excellent
** Mental Capabilities
** Must have excellent critical thinking skills.
** Interpersonal:
** Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
** Performance:
** Must work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines and be able to multi-task. Must be open to constructive criticism
