Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· 3+ years of operating room experience
· Trauma Experience
· Shift and call flexibility Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· CNOR certification
· Burn Experience
· Robotic Experience
· Neuro Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Burn: high acuity patients mostly from ICU: wound debridement, skin grafting, dressing change
· Dental: restoration (cavities) and oral maxillofacial
· ENT: T&A through parathyroidectomy and cochlear implants
· Gastroenterology: EGD, colonoscopy
· General - everything
· Gynecology – ablations, vaginal/abdominal hysters
· Neuro – stealth, spinal fusions, discectomy, craniotomy
· Open Heart – CABG, fempop, fistulas
· Ophthalmology – vitrectomy, cataracts, corneal transplant
· Orthopedics – trauma, total joints, sports med
· Plastics – breast augmentation/reconstruction
· Psychiatry – electroconvulsive therapy
· Robotics – gyn, general, urology
· Trauma – damage control resuscitative surgery, neuro, ortho, general
· Urology – cystoscopy, TURB, TURP, stents REQUIRED
