RN - Behavioral Health

As a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, you will provide direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes while advocating for patient safety.

• Deliver individualized care appropriate to the age and needs of the patient.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the plan of care.
• Oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients.
• Communicate effectively with health team members to enhance patient care.

• Current State of Idaho Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) / Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 30 days of hire.
