• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Idaho or compact state

• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

• Certifications required: NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (intermediate or advanced)

• Ability to work every other weekend and one call shift every two weeks

• Proficient with electronic documentation systems (GE-CPN, Meditech)

• Team player willing to float to Women's Center as needed
Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns

• Monitor patients throughout antepartum, labor, and delivery phases

• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

• Accurately document patient care using GE-CPN and Meditech systems

• Adhere to AWHONN staffing guidelines and unit protocols

• Participate in scheduled weekend and call rotations
