LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. You will also monitor and report changes in patient condition and daily supervise CNAs.

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Deliver quality nursing care and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward patients.

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
