* Responsibilities Include:
*** Define project scope, goals, and objectives.
* Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Assemble and lead a project team, delegating tasks and fostering collaboration.
* Monitor project progress, track performance against metrics, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
* Identify and resolve project-related risks, issues, and scope creep.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and updates effectively.
* Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage the project budget and resources efficiently.
* Close out the project, including getting formal sign-off and documenting lessons learned.
* Manage all projects in accordance with BEA procedures and policies. Review inter-organizational agreements and subcontract packages for completeness and conformity to project requirements.
* Collaborate with procurement, and interface with the customer, regarding General and Special Conditions.
* Participate in subcontract amendment negotiations and obtain necessary corporate and customer approvals.
* Perform project closeout activities including final cost report and project records closeout.
* Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications

* Minimum Requirements:
*** Level 1:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, or related field from an accredited institution.
* Level 2:
Bachelor’s and 2 years of experience OR Master’s and 0 years of experience OR PhD and 0 years' experience.
* Relevant experience: functioning as a project lead, project manager, or lead role commensurate with level.

* Preferred Experience:
*** Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification, or other equivalent certification.
** Job Information:
*** The pay range for this position is:
Level 1 ($66,504 - $136,356) / Level 2 ($79,344 - $162,732). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
* TDP:
This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
* Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on depth and breadth of proven experience and skills.
*
* Physical Requirements:
** While performing the duties of this classification, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, and work in an office and field/laboratory environment. The job requires hand/finger dexterity to keyboard or type, handle materials, manipulate tools, and reach with hands and arms. The job requires the operation of job-related equipment and driving a vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Sufficient visual acuity and hearing capacity to perform the essential functions and interact with the public is required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
