About the RoleWe’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Facilities Associate to support the daily operations of our shop, office, and outdoor areas. This role keeps our workplace running smoothly—from maintaining clean, safe spaces to assisting with material handling, special projects, and occasional deliveries. If you enjoy variety in your workday and like helping different teams across the company, this is a great opportunity.
Whatwe are Looking For
- Someone who takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- A team player who works well with others across all departments.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, walking, and climbing.
- A reliable person with a valid driver’s license and good driving skills.
- Willing to learn how to safely operate shop equipment such as forklifts and cranes (training provided).
- Someone who is adaptable and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop, yard, walkways, and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and cranes after proper training and qualification.
- Palletize, move, and prepare equipment and materials for shipping.
- Assist with building upgrades, facility changes, and equipment installation projects.
- Support other departments on various tasks and projects as assigned.
- Follow all shop safety policies and guidelines.
- Deliver parts or run errands as directed by the Facilities Manager.
- Help ensure the property maintains a high-quality and professional appearance.
