Supports distribution operations through PM execution, training, changeover, set‑up, and repair of distribution equipment for assigned platform. Works with operations team to reduce downtime by improving equipment reliability.

• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and aiding operations in sanitizing, cleaning and lubricating.
• Train operations team to increase capability, including calibre simple one‑point communications to document best practices.
• Perform set‑up, changeover, and repair of distribution equipment.
• Complete various special projects according to skill and ability.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
• Perform facility assignments as required.
• Work long or unusual hours on assigned shift.

• Ability to troubleshoot most equipment in the facility.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals.
• Ability to complete full changeover unassisted.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to install and repair plumbing.
• Ability to repair pneumatic equipment.
• Basic compressor knowledge.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for duration of shift.
• Visually read work orders and materials.
• Manual dexterity for such duties as needed in the maintenance field.
• Ability to work in high elevations, climb stairs, etc.
• Ability to organize and coordinate projects.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
• Two (2+) years’ experience in a similar role.

• Beginning electrical experience.
• Knowledge of advanced mechanical tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Beginning welding experience.
