Systems Analyst - SA

Responsibilities:

Analyze the proposed requirement, suggest the best suitable solution. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components for UI and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirement. Manage the clarification from business and queries from other stakeholders related to Salesforce application. Code reviews and suggestions of different deliverable of teammates. Running the builds for code migration and addressing any build failure issues immediately.

Unit testing and regression testing of new code changes, helping QA and UAT teams identifying impacted areas and test case creation. Salesforce administrative changes like security, user management, roles and profile management, workflow and approval processes to match functional needs of the Customer. Data Loading like insert, update and bulk import or export of data from  Objects for different business need.

Quick analysis and turnaround on priority bugs, blockers, application issues or service outage. Perform requirement analysis of user stories, estimation, application impact analysis and suggest technical solution design. Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. Work with the Product owner to prioritize user stories in product backlog. Consult with subject matter experts, BA’s to identify, define and document user stories effectively.

Mentor and monitor process improvements and provide feedback. Identify and assess impediments and work along with the team in addressing them. Active participation in retrospectives, assessments, and building relationships between multiple partners and team members. Conflict management, story mapping, estimation, Prioritization, Retrospective.
