Mountain View Hospital is seeking a MA/CMA/LPN/RN to join our team! The role involves assisting physicians with patient care, clerical tasks, and organizational duties. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, chart management, patient communication, routine testing, data entry, and providing excellent customer service. The LPN and RN will deliver direct and indirect patient care, communicate with healthcare providers, handle inventory, and may cross-train in laboratory, reception, and radiographic duties.

• Assist with patient care, including history taking, screenings, and assisting with procedures.
• Collect and process specimens, ensuring proper identification and handling.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling, managing records, and verifying insurance.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Perform waived and moderate testing as needed.
• Provide patient education and support, including pain management and medication administration.
• Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members.

• Graduation from an accredited Health Sciences program or higher, with current BLS certification.
• Valid CMA, LPN, or RN license, with additional certifications as specified.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience; 2-5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in computer and office equipment use.
• Effective communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and provide excellent customer service.
