• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
• Support, guide, and encourage medical assistants as a team leader
• Help coordinate schedules and patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
• Participate in quality improvement efforts to make care better for patients and staff
• Use Excel and EMRs for tracking, reporting, and communication
• Promote the values of Pearl Health Clinic within the Clinical Departments and the Community

• Provide excellent care to the clients/patients
• Work collaboratively with others

• Current Idaho LPN license
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and patient flow
• Experience with Excel and EMR systems
• Self‑directed and able to work without supervision
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check
• Someone who is flexible, collaborative, and ready to step in where needed
• A leader who inspires trust, teamwork, and positivity
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
