Full-Time position; schedule may vary based on need; exempt employee. Pay is $20.50 per hour. The Medicaid Compliance Officer, while Supervising Developmental Specialists, will ensure the Medicaid program is in compliance.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Medicaid regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards relevant to the organization s operations, including developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting compliance checklists, and performing internal audits to safeguard program integrity and reduce the risk of non-compliance.
- Monitor and ensure Medicaid program compliance with applicable regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs; conduct compliance checklists and internal audits.
- Supervise Developmental Specialists as part of the role.
- Collaborate with teams to elevate career impact and support the mission-driven environment.
- Experience with Medicaid compliance (regulations, audits, and accreditation standards).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
