Position: Civil Project Designer | Idaho Falls, ID
** Civil Project Designer | Idaho Falls,
** IMEG is hiring a Civil Project Designer in Idaho Falls, , to lead civil design efforts for low- to moderate-complexity projects while collaborating with senior staff on larger, high-complexity work. You’ll provide engineering solutions and advice that support positive client outcomes through civil engineering analysis, design, and implementation oversight—while working within project budgets and IMEG standards. This position is new for the location but supports an already successfully established IMEG team, with the opportunity to support current clients while helping grow new work and expand the regional team.
** Principal Responsibilities
** Lead design efforts for civil engineering analysis, including developing designs, specifications, and calculations per code requirements and IMEG standards Partner with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and communicate technical information effectively while building and maintaining client relationships
** Required Qualifications and Skills
** 5 years of experience minimum required, 6 preferred, in the building design consulting industry OR Proficiency of industry standard engineering software and tools, primarily Civil 3DProficiency in design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of technical plans and specifications

Strong training and mentoring skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
