Description:
We are seeking Call Center Sales and Dispatch Specialists to join our team. You would be taking inbound calls and doing outbound calls from prior generated leads to help sale and dispatch our team to client homes .
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers & carriers by providing accurate information on freight status, scheduling and delivery details
- Dispatch transportation requests efficiently using GPS, GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and Syteline
- Strong verbal and written communication
- 18+ years of age
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Ability to provide World Class Customer Service
- Positive attitudes are more important than years of experience
- Able to work in the office. Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends might be needed in the future
- Monday-Friday
- weekends possible in the future
- $15 an hour
