If so, you could be the perfect candidate for our High School Member Service Specialist Intern role at ICCU!
ICCU's mission is to help our members achieve financial success. As a High School Member Service Specialist Intern, you will be the face our members see and seek help from when they use our branch at the high school.
At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a strong focus on helping each Credit Union member achieve financial success.
- Operating the High School branch during designated hours of operation.
- Operating the online computer terminal.
- Providing general information to members about Credit Union Services.
- Recognizing and developing opportunities to refer products and services to members.
- Processing member check orders.
- Creating member debit cards.
- Focusing on preset goals to maintain appropriate levels of performance.
- Opening and providing members access to safe deposit boxes according to procedure in applicable offices.
- Keeping the manager informed of member needs and desires regarding products, services, suggestions, and/or escalations.
- The ability to use a calculator and a computer.
- The ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
You must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.
