As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals. Your role involves operating equipment daily and participating in site clean-up, materials movement, and occasional printing tasks. A team-first mentality is crucial, and flexibility to collaborate on various tasks is expected.

• Load and unload super sacks of concrete efficiently to maintain production targets.
• Operate equipment such as the JCB 510 and Manitu daily.
• Participate in site clean-up and assist with material movement.
• Collaborate with the team to handle additional tasks such as printing.
• Maintain a flexible approach to job responsibilities and site requirements.

• Experience operating 12K Telehandlers or similar equipment is a must.
• Proficiency with construction equipment used for multiple hours per day, five days a week, in the last six months.
• Ability to adapt to different shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

• Open to working at different job sites with short notice.
• Willingness to work outdoor construction under varying weather conditions.

The work environment involves outdoor construction across different shifts. You will work at Community First Village with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM, rotating weekly. Alternatively, you may work at the Mueller site, with shifts from 5 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 9 PM. The roles guarantee full-time hours with potential for overtime, emphasizing a team-first approach.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
