0015014] for Program Support on an exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis. Work on site at the U.S. Department of Energy – Idaho Operations Office, Idaho Falls, . Full‑time, mountain west region.
Provide acquisition and contract administrative support, track contract actions, support procurement documentation, and monitor compliance. Deliver integrated administrative, analytical, and operational support to enable efficient, compliant, mission‑focused organizational performance in the Federal Energy & Nuclear Industry Sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- Provide specialized administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers and other contract management personnel.
- Prepare, route, and distribute contract‑related correspondence.
- Maintain contract modification records.
- Prepare various reports for managers.
- Assist with annual financial assistance awards.
- Provide IDMS support and track contracts.
- Support procurement documentation and monitor compliance.
Desired qualifications include:
- 4–6 years acquisition or contract support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 3 years relevant experience.
- Associate’s degree with 5 years relevant experience or 7 years relevant experience with bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16).
- Excellent organizational and document‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal acquisition systems (e.g., IDMS, STARS).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail and coordination.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization ability.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data‑analytic tools, and Visio.
- Commitment to working with diverse teams.
