Position SummaryThis position will support the U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-), in collaboration with the Office of Nuclear Energy (NE) programs and other Department of Energy offices, by providing administrative and technical support to the legal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assists DOE- managing the approval, funding, and closeout processes for Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP), Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), and Agreements to Commercialize Technology (ACT).
- Coordinates responses, organizes and maintains files, and prepares relevant reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field plus three (3) years relevant experience in agreements or grants management; or equivalency of an Associate's Degree plus five (5) years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of federal agreements processes (e.g., SPP, CRADA, ACT).
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agreements management systems (e.g., AMPS).
- Experience working in a DOE environment is preferred.
