Pro Sidian seeks a Program/Project Analyst III – Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) [DOEID
0016015] to provide program support on a full‑time, exempt W2 basis. The role is located on‑site at the U.S. Department of Energy – Idaho Operations Office (DOE‑) Office of Nuclear Energy, 1955 Fremont Avenue, Idaho Falls, , within the Mountain West Region of the United States. The position supports federal energy and nuclear sector clients, such as DOE‑.
- Provides advanced‑level project and program management support, including tracking status, financial matters, and ensuring compliance with DOE guidelines.
- Conducts in‑depth analysis of project costs, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Interfaces directly with DOE‑/HQ financial personnel, assists university funding, and performs complex budget data comparisons (e.g., STARS vs. PICS:
NE). Produces comprehensive reports. - Analyzes schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to support program execution for DOE projects.
- 4–6 years of program analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field; 5 years relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree plus 7 years relevant experience, or 9 years relevant experience.
- Master’s Degree or PMP certification can substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Functional and technical expertise in the federal energy and nuclear sector is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of federal budgeting processes and systems (e.g., STARS, PICS:
NE).
