Job Overview
Pro Sidian seeks an Agreements Management Specialist within the Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) functional area (DOEID
0018017) to provide program support on a full‑time exempt W‑2 basis. This role is based on site at the U.S. Department of Energy – Idaho Operations Office (1955 Fremont Avenue, Idaho Falls, ) and is primarily located in the Mountain West Region of the United States.
- Manage federal agreements (SPP, CRADA, ACT, etc.) and interagency instruments ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple agencies and internal teams to facilitate negotiations and contract administration.
- Maintain agreement tracking, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and agreements management systems such as AMPS.
- Support functional and technical requirements for federal energy and nuclear sector clients, enabling efficient, compliant, mission‑focused performance.
- 6+ years of agreements or grants experience; alternatively, 5 years with an associate’s degree or 3 years with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of federal agreement processes and strong organizational/document management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agreement management systems.
- Management and financial consulting; acquisition and grants management support.
- Business program and project management with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Negotiation and compliance management expertise.
- Stakeholder management.
- Supports complex partnerships and cross‑functional teams.
- Standard skills: advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; quick learning of new tools.
- Leadership, communication, time management, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- U.S. citizenship required; no visa sponsorship.
- Background check and drug testing may be required.
