Description

Tele Solv Consulting is seeking a Legal Support Specialist I to provide administrative and clerical support to a federal legal office. This is an entry-level legal administrative support role focused on document handling, records management, correspondence, and day-to-day office support in a highly structured government environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a process-driven setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to legal staff and management
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and process correspondence and legal documents
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with federal procedures
  • Track documents, records, and case-related materials
  • Assist with records management and document control
  • Support data entry, spreadsheets, and basic database tracking
  • Answer phones, route calls, and assist visitors as needed
  • Schedule meetings and assist with meeting materials
  • Assist with scanning, copying, organizing, and archiving documents
  • Follow established procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, office support, or legal support roles (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
