Overview

Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Responsibilities include assisting with tracking project status, schedules, and deliverables. The role also includes organizing meetings, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication among team members.

This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Assist with tracking project status, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Organize meetings and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Manage project documentation and records.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members.
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks related to project activities.
Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Associate's Degree + 2 years relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support for projects.
    • Equivalency:
      High School Diploma + 4 years relevant experience.
