Provides entry-level legal support and administrative services to the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC). This role involves maintaining legal files and records, preparing basic legal correspondence, assisting with meeting logistics, and performing quality checks on project content.
Responsibilities and Duties- Maintain legal files and records

- Assist with meeting logistics
- Perform quality checks on project content
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
- High School Diploma or GED +1 year relevant experience
- Some college coursework in legal studies or a related field is desirable
- Basic understanding of legal office procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
