We are seeking an enthusiastic Admission Counselor for our Ichalkaranji location. As a key member of our team, you will guide prospective students and their families through the school enrollment process. This junior-level, full-time position requires 1-3 years of experience in a related role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and engage effectively with stakeholders to foster the Podar community's growth.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience of 1-3 years in an educational counseling role, favoring admission counseling.
Strong ability to guide students and parents through the academic enrollment process.
Fluent communication skills in English to interact effectively with students and parents.
Demonstrated capability as a student counselor with experience in educational environments.
Must have admission counselor skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure comprehensive admissions handling.
Must have education counselor skills (Mandatory skill) to advise students accurately on academic pathways.
Excellent listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of potential students and families.
Ability to collaborate with school administration and faculty for smooth admissions transitions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with prospective students and their families to provide admissions guidance and support.
Conduct information sessions and tours to showcase the educational offerings at Podar institutions.
Support the admissions team in maintaining a seamless enrollment process.
Assist in the preparation and review of admissions documentation.
Work closely with the school administration to align admissions procedures with institutional goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the educational courses and streams offered by Podar institutions.
Engage with parents and students to address inquiries related to curriculum and school facilities.
Participate in school events and marketing initiatives to promote the Podar brand effectively.
