We are seeking an enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our vibrant team at  Zuma Ibiza . As a key member of our front-of-house experience, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels a warm, memorable welcome the moment they arrive — and every time they return.

Please note  - this role will begin at Zuma Madrid for training prior to the season starting.

What You Will Do
Your leadership will bring poise, precision, and presence to the bar.
Engage guests with thoughtful, personalised drink recommendations
Oversee bar operations with confidence, ensuring seamless service throughout each shift
Lead and develop a high-performing bar team through training, mentoring, and daily coaching
Manage stock and ordering with accuracy to support smooth, uninterrupted service
Share menu updates and ensure every cocktail is executed with refined technique
Maintain an immaculate, organised bar aligned to Zuma’s global standards

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who pairs technical excellence with genuine warmth.
A true passion for hospitality and exceptional bar experiences
Previous experience as a Head Bartender in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or bar
Deep knowledge of mixology and a refined approach to crafting cocktails
A naturally engaging, guest-focused style that creates memorable experiences
