• Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Navigate maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and traverse adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory with associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.
• Undergo orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills: accurate written instructions, verbal interaction with customers and coworkers, and telephone order processing.
• Mathematical proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly (calculator may be used).
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands, rapid and precise movements.
• Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
• Physical tasks: standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting (up to ~50 lb), carrying (3–30 lb), pushing or pulling trays, crawling, stooping, squatting, and reaching (up to 72 in).
• Climbing stairs or ladders when required for maintenance or deliveries.
• Driving responsibilities: deliver pizzas within the designated area, deliver flyers and door hangers, and possibly make several deliveries per shift.
• Work conditions include exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes (36 °F–90 °F+), fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (up to 500 °F), moving parts, and cramped quarters.
• Must comply with safety requirements for hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
